The Company of the Year at the Africa Manufacturing Awards celebrate the companies that have made the greatest contributions to the food, beverage and milling; packaging; pharmaceuticals and home & personal care manufacturing industries in Africa.

The Awards are divided into three sub-categories, based on the number of years of operation in Africa:

• Large Company of the Year – Revenue of US$ 100 million and above
• Medim Scale Company of the Year – Revenue of US$ 10-100 million 
• Small Company of the Year – Revenue less than US$ 10 million

• Workforce Development and Inclusion

Investment in employee training, safety, diversity, and creating opportunities for skills transfer and job creation in Africa.
